Finally something is working for me! I just got home from my Doctor appointment and I was down 5 more pounds since last Wednesday for a total of OVER 26lbs. lost in UNDER 5 Weeks!!! My BP was also down where it should be (120/70) the best it has been in years! WooHoooo I am on my Weigh.............Soon I will be only a shadow of what I once was.
